- MOQ depends on part complexity and mold ownership. Stock items ship with no MOQ.
- For new moldings, first-article sample is available before mass production.
- Sample cost is refundable against the first bulk order.
- We recommend a small trial order to verify fitment before scaling up.
Lead Time
- Stock items: dispatched within 3-7 business days.
- Existing moldings: 15-25 days after order confirmation.
- New moldings: 25-40 days, depending on mold complexity and sample approval.
- Production schedules are confirmed in writing before deposit.

Manufacturing lines
- Door slot mats: soft TPE, molded per vehicle model and year, covering main EV and joint-venture models.
- Storage boxes: hard injection-molded units, matched to the same model-year as the door mats.
- Floor mats: TPE, PU leather and loop-pile options, single-layer or full-coverage.
Molding is in-house, so new-model development does not depend on external mold shops — which keeps schedules and cost under our control.
